January's IMQG Meeting

Well, we have made it into the New Year and it's time for January's meeting. I love these meetings, chatting with quilty friends and seeing some pretty amazing modern quilts. So this is our agenda for January:

Demonstration on QAYG (quilt-as-you-go) by Pat Merkle. I will be showing three different ways to join or enlarge your quilt. 1. Thin strip joining, 2. Large sash joining, and 3. Adding borders.

We will also have show and tell. I'm hoping that we will continue our discussion on "what is modern quilting?" Sew much fun!
